Taking the Guesswork Out of Your First Appointment

In preparation for your first appointment, Dr. John Zargari and Dr. Erik Holz are here to ensure you have everything you need for a positive and productive visit. Apart from making sure we answer all your questions and address any concerns, we also strive to gain your trust by exceeding your expectations. Please review the following information and call us if you need further assistance.
Your First Visit

When arriving for your appointment, you’ll be met by our front desk staff and a dental assistant who will give you a tour of our office before helping you get comfortable in one of our operatories. After taking digital X-rays and photos of your mouth, we’ll collect the necessary data to begin building your chart. One of our dentists will then begin to perform a comprehensive exam before discussing any proposed treatment options should additional care be required. Your plan will include a breakdown of the cost as well as the number of appointments you’ll be required to keep. Before you leave, we’ll help you find a time to return for your next appointment.
Patient Forms

To minimize how much time you’ll be spending in our waiting area, you can click the link below and download your new patient forms ahead of time. In doing so, you can complete them in the comfort of your home when it’s more convenient for you. Just remember to bring them with you to your appointment so that we can ensure a smooth check-in process.
Dental Insurance & Financing

Maguire Comprehensive Dentistry is currently in-network with Cigna PPO and will be happy to review your plan and identify the most lucrative ways to maximize your benefits. By choosing to use your dental insurance to pay for treatment, you can expect to save on preventive care as well as eligible restorative solutions.
Also, if you do not have private dental insurance or need help paying the out-of-pocket costs associated with treatment, you can enroll in flexible financing through Cherry, Proceed Finance, or CareCredit. If eligible, you can choose one of their many low-or-no-interest plans, each with its own timeframe for payback.
